Spring Fitness Class: Relax + Restore (5:30PM)

This gentle yoga practice uses longer-held postures to encourage stress relief for the mind, heart, and body. This class will help calm and soothe the nervous system with hands-on adjustments and supportive touch to bring balance back to the body, and leave you feeling grounded and renewed.
