This room is 1,300 Square Feet and can hold up to 40 guests. Set up is variable, based on your needs. Our amenities include: Adjustable Lighting, WIFI - TV with HDMI, Audio Visual Equipment, and ADA Compliant.
Due to high demand, all rentals are recommended to be made at least 2 weeks in advance and are honored on a first come, first served basis. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance. PLEASE NOTE: *Payment for rental is due within 72 hours of your request and official booking of the reservation.*
Refund Policy: 50% with 4+ weeks notice | 25% with 2-4 weeks notice | 0% with less than 2 weeks notice.

Note:
Daily Rentals are available Monday - Friday 7am to 9:30pm, and Saturdays - 7am to 4pm, around HCTCC internal programming. We are CLOSED on Sundays. Sunday Rentals are available upon request, and MUST be requested 4 weeks in advance - after hours fees will be applied on as an additional cost.
