The Holland Charter Township Community Center officially opens to the public on Monday, July 21st at 7:00am.
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday | 7:00am to 8:00pm
Saturday | 9:00am to 4:00pm

On your first visit to the facility, please stop by our front desk to check-in with your Silver Sneakers Card and # and to fill out the medicare advtange form. Primary members or the head of household must provide their government-issued ID as well.
