Wellness Program: Tai Chi for Energy

This 10 week program features Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Energy, which combines two different styles. Sun style with its unique qigong and agile stepping, and Chen style that offers more complex combinations of fast and slow movement with powerful internal spiral force. The synergy of these two styles helps internal energy, improves balance and flexibility, decreases blood pressure and improved cognitive function.
