Spring Fitness Class: Strength 360

Strength 360 is a full-body functional strength class designed to build real-life strength, stability, and muscular endurance. The “360” means we train the entire body—upper body, lower body, and core—using key movement patterns like squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, and core work. Class emphasizes controlled tempo and time-under-tension training, with coaching to help you learn proper form and safe technique as you build strength. Each session ends with a short cardio finisher for an athletic boost. You’ll be challenged, with options and modifications provided for all fitness levels.
